Items are made in-house to ensure the highest quality and ethical manufacture. In the storefront space, work tables, tools, and patterns are in plain view. The focus is not only on creating beautiful pieces, but on making the design and sewing process transparent.

Tiny grab 'n go take out specialty coffee window and cafe located in the Logan Square West neighborhood of Chicago. Owned and operated by working artist, Kate Vrijmoet, this cafe offers up something different, options that make sense. Focused on community, sustainability, and craft, necessary & sufficient coffee brings whole, organic, local and sustainable partners to the community. Partnering with socially responsible Olympia Coffee Roasting Co., you can feel good while you enjoy high quality, and a great experience.
BIRDSEYE RULE
2319 N. Milwaukee
Our family has retreated to a misshapen little lake in northwest Michigan for 103 years. Great Granddad had a rule that became a camp rite: swim to Birdseye Island in the middle of the lake and back. Doing so means you're ready to canoe by yourself and swim without a life jacket. It's our coming of age, our rite of passage, our Birdseye Rule.
We hope to share a bit of the lifestyle, experience, and brands our family camp emulates.
